Ingredients :

2 round store bought sponge cakes
Or make your own..
2 raspberry jellies
2 greengage jellies
500ml fresh cream
1 litre milk
6 Tblsp custard powder
3-4 Tblsp sugar. Or to taste
Pecan nuts for decor

You can garnish with strawberries if you like.
Prepare each jelly individually according to the instructions
Put 1 marigold and 1 raspberry in the fridge to harden
Place the other 2 in the refrigerator to chill, but do not allow to set.
Boil milk and sugar to prepare pudding
Dissolve the custard powder in some milk and add when the milk starts to boil. Reduce heat and beat with a whisk as you add to the batter, stirring until thickened
Remove from stove and let cool. .
Whip cream with 3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar until fluffy.
Crumble the cake, add cold, but not yet set, 1 marigold jelly to 1, mix well
Crush the other 1 and add the unset raspberry jelly. Stir well.
You can add a few drops of green paint to the green and a few drops of red paint to the red.
