Ingredients:

• 1 ⅝ cup flour

• 7g dry yeast

• 3g salt

• 180ml warm milk

• 45g butter

• 1 egg

• 125g shredded cheese

• 3 tbsp chopped parsley

• Softened butter

• Egg wash





direction:
Mix flour and salt, make a well in the middle and add yeast, salt, milk, butter and eggs. Stir to combine all liquids, then add flour from the side.
If the dough is lumpy, knead until smooth, form into a ball, and let it rest for 1 hour. Cut the dough into quarters and roll each dough into a ball and then into a rectangle. Butter two rectangles, place cheese and parsley on top, and cover with two more layers of dough.
Roll gently with a rolling pin, then cut into strips. Gather two strips and put some butter in between. Twist each pair of strips as shown in the video. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let rest for 20 minutes. Brush with egg yolks and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
